4630 officejet all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting this error: Error Code OX83C0000A / NOS LOADER APP on my 4630 officejet all in one printer. I have read posts going back to 2017 regarding this error. I have done the suggested fix. Please tell me how to do a hard and an advanced reboot.

Thanks.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

There is no hard/advanced reset for this model.

You may try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

The printer start button keeps flashing and the error code stays on the screen. the printer does not connect to my internet as a result. Therefore, I am unable to update the firmware. I tried using the usb cable to connect my printer to my laptop, but it is not recognized. Thanks for your help, but I think my printer is shot!

Try connecting the Printer to the a wall outlet directly or to a different wall outlet.

Let me know if this helps.
