My printer worked fine for over a year. Now I get an error code: OXB3D37A2B. It works fine if I unplug back and replug. It will stay on for less than five minutes and the error code comes back. I've done the recommended unplug from the back and unplug from wall and I've reset configurations. Any suggestions to get back to working without unplug every time I need to print, copy or scan?

Hi @DebST1,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving an "OXB3D37A2B" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
