Power Reset the Printer

- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet (avoid power strips).
- Turn the printer back on.
Try scanning again.
Check Scanner Bar Movement
- Open the scanner lid.
- Press the Copy button.
- Watch the scanner bar - it should light up and move across the glass.
