We purchased an HP office 5255 printer and tonight are attempting to change the print cartridge for the first time. The print cartridges are so far to the right underneath a plastic piece that there is no way we can change the cartridge or move the cartridges over to the left so we can change them. Please advise on how we can change the cartridge. We are getting this error code on our screen, have turn the printer off and also tried a hard reset.

@Oubache8616, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!
