Hi @Suzaroo,
I'd like to help!
To assist better-
- What is the error you receive when you copy or scan a document?
- How is the printer connected USB or wireless?
- What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
Keep me posted.
