My Deskjet 3000 just started malfunctioning today, displaying "Error Code OXC4EB9943" while in the middle of a printing job. This has recurred every time I reset the printer and attempt to print again. Has anyone seen this before?

Sorry to hear that you are getting Ox....errors on your printer. Please click on the following link that troubleshoots 'Ink System Failure' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error Message Displays on the Front Panel.

Thanks, Waterboy. I am using Windows 7 and a wireless LAN for printer connection. The HP support page you sent me to worked great.
