HP Recommended

So, my Officejet 8015e is stuck in a loop of setup errors. My circuit breaker popped at work, and once it got power again, my printer wholly reset. I went through the motions of resetting back up. I have Instant Ink delivery for this printer, and now nothing will work. Error Code: UU_400_EB000A9900
