Hi @Matt_001,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code UU_400_EB000U0707 typically indicates a network or connectivity issue with your HP printer. Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

1. Check Network Connection

  • Verify Network Status: Ensure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device. Check the network status on the printer’s control panel.
  • Restart Router: Sometimes, restarting your router can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your router, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Reconnect Printer: Reconnect your printer to the Wi-Fi network. For most HP printers, you can do this through the wireless setup menu on the printer's control panel.

2. Restart Printer and Devices

  • Power Cycle Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Restart Computer or Mobile Device: Restart the device you’re trying to print from.

3. Update Printer Firmware and Software

  • Check for Firmware Updates: Visit the HP Support website to see if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model.
  • Download HP Smart App: Ensure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app or the HP Printer software installed on your computer or mobile device.

4. Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Uninstall Existing Drivers: Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, find your printer software, and uninstall it.
  • Reinstall Drivers: Download the latest drivers from the HP Support website and install them.

5. Check Printer Settings

  • Network Settings: Ensure that the printer is correctly configured for your network. Verify the Wi-Fi settings on the printer’s control panel or through the HP Smart app.
  • IP Address: Make sure the printer has a valid IP address. You can check this on the printer's control panel under network settings or print a network configuration page.

6. Reset Network Settings

  • Reset Wireless Settings: If the issue persists, try resetting the printer’s network settings to default and reconnecting to your network. This option is usually available in the network settings menu on the printer.

7. Check for Interference

  • Network Interference: Ensure there is no interference from other devices that might be affecting the network signal. Place the printer closer to the router if possible.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
