I have an Officejet 4650 and got error code 0XB94DA7E6.  It would not turn off.  I unplugged it for several minutes and plugged it back in.  Now it won't turn on.  What can I do?

Hi @jmejmejme,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.

Thank you for the response.  I have tried different cords and even different electrical outlets but it still doesn't turn on.  When plugging in, the screen quickly flashes once but the printer still won't turn on.  Power supply was never an issue prior to getting the error message.  Is there anything else that can be tried?

Hi @jmejmejme,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
