Hi @Wilson1234123,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the error code on your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
- First, perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer to its factory settings. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord from the back. Wait for about 60 seconds, then reconnect the power cord and turn it back on. As the printer powers up, press and hold the "Back" (arrow) button and the "Help" (question mark) button simultaneously until the reset menu appears. Navigate to "Semi-Full Reset" and select it.
- Next, update the printer firmware. Outdated firmware can cause errors, so make sure your printer's firmware is current. Visit the HP Software and Driver Downloads page, enter your printer model (HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e), and download and install the latest firmware update following the on-screen instructions.
- Lastly, check for hardware issues. Turn off the printer and unplug it. Open all accessible compartments to check for paper jams or obstructions. Remove and reseat the ink cartridges to ensure they're properly installed. Plug in the printer and turn it on to see if the error persists.
