Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Getting various error codes such as 0xb3DB5A2B or 0XB3D49A2b. All start with 0XB3 and end with 2B. Able to reset printer and it may work for a short time but reverts back to error code. 

Have turned off both computer and printer. Have unplugged printer for a short while but error keeps coming back. What is the solution to this issue?

I understand that you are getting an 0xb3DB5A2B error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
