Hi @JGarris,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

The error code 0XDB530D6C KERNEL EXEC ST on your HP Smart Tank Plus 651 printer typically indicates a hardware issue or a critical error that requires attention. Here’s what you can do to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This simple step can often clear temporary errors.

Check for Obstructions:

  • Ensure that there are no paper jams or foreign objects inside the printer that could be causing the error.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there’s a firmware update available for your printer. Updating the firmware can fix bugs and improve performance. You can usually update the firmware through the printer’s control panel or the HP Smart app. or the HP website.

Reset the Printer:

  • Performing a reset on the printer might help clear the error. Refer to your printer’s manual for instructions on how to perform a reset.

If the error persists after trying the above steps, it’s advisable to contact HP Phone Support for further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
