Hi @Tinkerbell41,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out to HP regarding the issue with your printer. We understand how frustrating it can be when your device is unresponsive, especially after encountering error code 0xB91EBD38. We're here to help.

Please follow the steps below to attempt a basic hardware reset:

  1. Disconnect all cables from the printer, including the power cord and any USB or Ethernet connections.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Press and hold the Power button on the printer (if applicable) for 15 seconds to discharge any residual electricity.
  4. Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet (avoid power strips or surge protectors).
  5. Attempt to power on the printer again.

If your printer still does not power on after these steps, please check the following:

  • Outlet functionality: Ensure the wall outlet is working by testing another device in the same outlet.
  • Power supply: If your printer uses an external power brick, ensure that the LED on the power supply (if present) is lit.
  • Power cord and connection: Make sure the cord is undamaged and securely connected to the printer and outlet.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
