disassembled and assembled the printer. He performed all actions carefully. this fatal error occurred. Nothing helps. rebuilt again. the error remained. What should I do? all wires and circuits are in order.

Have you replaced any parts in the unit at all? Was this error what prompted you to disassemble the device in the first place or were you having other problems.

There are tempermental machines with a very large number of connectors. The error you are getting is a failed DC controller. Recheck all connections and make sure a pin did not get bent on one of the connectors. From there if all connectors look good then likely the DC controller failed during the take apart and reassemble process and will now need to be replaced. Be sure to check any FFC cables for damaged contacts when you are going through the reseating process.

Thank you very much, I will definitely check all entries for defects. If this does not help, what other defects could there be? THERE IS AN ASSUMPTION THAT IS A BAD SLIP FROM MOTHER TO DC

except for the pins, the board could not be damaged, probably, did not drop. what else to pay attention to?

HP Recommended

Unless the entire machine is was disassembled on a static proof work bench you cannot rule out damage to the board.

Checked all the inputs, everything whole. Checked the flat wires, all intact. Visually the boards are free from defects. What else can you do?
