Hi there,
We haven't been able to print for quite some time.
Printer 6032e, Wireless internet connection. Using Instant Ink service.
Printer shows correct ready lights when turned on (wifi light is blue), but when we send a job to print, it prints just a bit of the page before failing and showing the E0 error code.
We have tried resetting the printer (unplugging cable from wall and from printer) multiple times, opening the cartridge area, removing the cartridges, cleaning and replacing, resetting the printer again.
Checked that the firmware is up to date.
Checked that the EWS web services are enabled.
Tried to find any other solution but these seem to be all that's offered.
The printer is fairly new (a few months old, it worked when we first got it but haven't been able to print anything properly the last 2 months).
Please help!

Hi @Irwin6
Unfortunately these steps have not resolved the issue.
As stated in my original post we have tried resetting the printer, removing and replacing the cartridges and have also checked that the firmware is up to date and the EWS web services are enabled.
Please could you provide further assistance.
Thanks,
Hannah
