I have the Deskjet 2630.

 

I only wanted to print a picture but now it shows like 3 hours the Error Code EE.

Its not the First Time it shows this but no it doesnt work. i now want Help so i can connect my Device to my PC again.

 

I havent the device on HP Smart or on my PC because a Error on the App came and all Data deleted so i cant find my Device

The EE error code on an HP Deskjet 2630 usually indicates a carriage jam or obstruction. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

 

  • Reset the printer: Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, and wait for about 60 seconds. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer. This may clear any temporary errors.
  • Check for obstructions: Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams, foreign objects, or obstructions in the carriage path. Remove any obstacles carefully.
  • Move the carriage: If the carriage is stuck, gently move it to the center of the printer.
  • Check ink cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and that there are no obstructions preventing them from moving freely.
  • Inspect the printer for damage: Look for any visible damage to the printer components, such as broken parts or loose connections.
  • Update printer firmware: Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve various issues. Check HP's website for firmware updates for your Deskjet 2630 model.

 

Regarding reconnecting your device to your PC, you may need to reinstall the printer drivers and software on your computer. You can download the necessary drivers and software from the HP website or use the HP Smart app to set up the connection again.

 

If you're having trouble finding your device on HP Smart, ensure that both your printer and your PC are connected to the same network and that your printer is powered on and ready to connect.
