Hi @Edyta6,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP Envy 6100e Series Error Code F0.01.01.06!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about one minute before plugging the printer back in.
  • Turn the printer back on.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Make sure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. You can do this by visiting the HP website and searching for firmware updates for your printer model.

Reset the Printer:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer, and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Turn the printer back on.

Remove and Reinstall Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the ink cartridge access door and remove the ink cartridges.
  • Reinstall the cartridges, making sure they are seated properly.

Re-install Printer Software:

  • Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer software on your computer. Sometimes, reinstalling the software can solve connection and functionality issues.

I hope this helps.
