HP LaserJet M111cw Printer

My printer has a blinking orange light. In my dashboard it states that my printer is offline and not connected to the wifi. But when I print the report, it states the printer is connected with an Excellent signal strength. Also the blue light works, so the problem is not the connection. I cannot get the printer to work again.

Hi @ReneeDommerholt

Let's try restoring to factory defaults.

Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the printer and network settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count

CAUTION: Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the settings to the factory defaults, and it also deletes any pages that are stored in the memory.

1. Open the HP Embedded Web Server. See Access the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

2. On the System tab, click Service.

3. In the Restore Defaults area, click the Restore defaults button. The printer automatically restarts.

Hi Elohi,

The orange button does not blink anymore, the test report says: No problems found. Congratulations on succesfully setting up your HP wireless printer.

But... When I want to print, the app says it does not work. But it does not say what does not work. And the printer has a working green and blue light. So I'm confused. Do I need to uninstall everything to proceed? Or is there another solutions?
