I recently got an error message on the screen B80003E4. I have no idea how to fix this. When I press the power button, the printer shows the HP start up screen for a few seconds then shows this error message again. I also can't find ANY information regarding this specific error code. This is frustrating since I just purchased this printer. Please help. Thank you.

Don't worry, I'm here to help.
Let's try these steps -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware.
If the issue still persists, this would confirm a hardware failure. I have sent you a private message with the details regarding the service options.
