Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

Hi,

I sent a document to print and the Error Code 0XB8558EA popped up.  I unplugged the power cord from the printer and the wall.  Plugged them all back in and now it won't turn on at the screen.  I can however see a green light on the back of the printer at the power code.  Is this fixable or is it time for a new printer?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting an 0XB8558EA error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
