Hello Kumar0307 - My email tells me I've received a private message from you, but I am unable to access it for some reason. Please advise; my issue is still not resolved. Thanks for your help.

Hi there- I am still unable to access the private message. When I click the link provided in your discussion posting, I receive a message "access denied - You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." I am logged in when this happens. When I try to look for my private messages in my profile directly , I cannot find them anywhere. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...

Try accessing the message in a different browser and check if that helps.
You may also click the message envelope icon next to your profile name at the top.

I'm sorry, I cannot find anywhere to check my personal messages. I've also tried using your link in Chrome and Safari, neither of which work (I continue to get the red error message denying me access to the message). I don't mean to be rude, but I just need my printer to work with the cartridges that were working before the printer upgraded itself and voided my current ink cartridges. This is really frustrating. I do appreciate you effort at helping, but I have yet to be able to access a message you've sent me.

The printer firmware cannot be downloaded.
To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
What is the exact error message?

Hi - I finally accessed your private message and replied a few days ago. You have not responded; my problem is sitll not resolve... hardly addressed. Let me know next steps please. I am incredibly angry as I am without a printer and have no solution - over a week now.

Hello ADD1312, I gave up months ago trying to get the messages HP was sending to me and I see you were finally able to open one of their messages. I am STILL without both my printers. Did your situation resolve? Were you able to go above the head of the HP Employees who are replying in here and sending messages that cannot be opened? Very very frustrating. I ended up taking my old printer out of the junk pile and using that until I have time to chase an HP employee to rectify my same situation on BOTH my printers. Are you able to message me please? Thank you kindly. Christine
