I'm getting this error message on the front panel of our schoools HP Designjet T120 large format printer.... "There is a problem with the printer or ink system." I've turned the printer off, unplugged it and restarted it. I've done this several times. I've removed the cartridges several times and put them back in. I still get the error message. Any ideas on what's causing this?
