Hi,

I received this error and do not know what to do with it.  Can anyone help?

 

java.io.IOException: Secondary server not ready

Step 3: Update HP Software


Step 4: Use HP Diagnose & Fix Tool

HP offers a built-in tool to fix common printing and connection issues:

  1. Download the HP app from HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site.
  2. Open the app and select your printer.
  3. Click “Diagnose & Fix” under the printer menu.
