Hi Tristyn4

The error code indicates a hardware issue with the printer. Here’s what you can do to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

  • Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, this simple reset can clear temporary errors.
  • Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer's access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions. Clearing any jams might resolve the error.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually update this through the printer’s control panel or HP Smart app.
  • Check Ink Cartridges: Make sure all ink cartridges are properly seated and have sufficient ink levels. Sometimes, improperly seated cartridges can cause errors.
  • Inspect for Hardware Issues: If the error persists after these steps, it may indicate a more serious hardware problem.

If after these steps the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact HP technical support for a more detailed review.

I hope the above is helpful
