After sending a document from my iPhone, printer flashed “error code OXB87C67C6”. Was unresponsive to anything on touch screen and power button unresponsive. Tried to remove cartridges and they would not slide over to allow me to reach them. Unplugged printer and plugged back in after 30 seconds. Now the printer does not come on at all.

Hi @KR2024,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing a technical issue with your HP OfficeJet 4652 printer. The error code you mentioned, "OXB87C67C6," indicates a problem with the printer's firmware or hardware. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.
- Power Cycle: Since you've already tried unplugging the printer and plugging it back in, let's try this again. Unplug the printer from the power source and leave it unplugged for a few minutes (around 5-10 minutes). Then plug it back in and try turning it on again. Sometimes a longer period of being unplugged can help reset the printer.
- Check Power Source: Ensure that the power outlet you're using is working properly. You might want to try plugging the printer into a different outlet to rule out any issues with the power source.
- Cartridge Issue: The fact that the cartridges won't slide over could indicate a mechanical problem with the printer. Try gently moving them by hand (if possible) to see if you can free them.
It's unfortunate that you're experiencing these difficulties. Hopefully, one of these steps will help resolve the issue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
