Operating System: Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion

Error Oxc19a0003
Out of the blue! Printer was working fine, then this error appeared.

I tried all suggested troubleshooting -- unplug, remove ink cartridges, remove and clean printhead, re-install.

NOTHING IS WORKING!

Do I need a new printhead? Any other suggestions?

YES... laptop and printer are old, but they work awesome together.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
