The error just started out of the blue.  We took out the printer head. re-installed the ink. Cleaned the ink ends.  unplugged machine.  Still not fixed.  What could be wrong?

Hi @Lori-NU,

 

I read your post and I understand you are facing a printhead missing or damaged error, If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
