Greetings!
Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand there's an issue with the "Paper Jam".
Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
Step 1 Printer Reset -
1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Step 2 Clean the paper feed rollers -
Refer to step# 2 from this document.
If the issue still persists, try updating the printer's firmware.
Step 3 Update the printer's firmware -
Refer to this document for steps.
Hope this helps!
Let me know how that goes.
