Product: HP OfficeJet 6962 All-in-One Printer

Getting the error code 0x6100004a

Keeps telling me to fix the paper jam but I see no evidence of that. And the trays seem aligned correctly

I see several posts about this error but it seems difficult to cull through them to find a solution that might apply to my printer so please let me know. I appreciate the help.
