Sorry for my first try in german!
I'm administrating our printers and saw this error-message at our HP Office Jet Pro X451DW: 0x610000d3
('Problem mit dem Drucker oder dem Tintensystem. Gerät aus und wieder ein schalten...')
My translation: Problems with the printer or inksystem. Turn it off and on again...
I had waited for more than 60 minutes at the HP-Service-Hotline without talking to a human being. That's cheerless.
What have I to do with this error?
I haven't found any solution at the www that works.
The serialnumber is CN3CCGK055 (there isn't any warranty any more)
Help me, please, if you could thereby my colleagues will be able to print something.
With kind regards from Ostenland, Germany

Here comes the solution for this problem:
- stand on the left side of your HP Officejet PRO X451dw
- open the big hatch from top to the bottom of your printer
- remove the ink-tray (named duplex-modul in the manual)
- look at the inner left side of the chassis: there are two screws (torx) about each other
- remove them
- now you can remove the small dark cover on the left side of the big hatch carefully up to top
- remove the screw, holding the top of the chassis
- open the back side carfully while pulling and pressing and wobbling
(take a look at the screw, hidden under the paper tray: you've got to remove it before removing the hole plate)
- now you see the data links, blinking leds (if the printer is plugged in) and two small switches
- press the left switch until the blinking led above isn't blinking any more
- the machine will reset now
- take a look at the display, if everything is alright, reassemble the HP Officejet Pro X451dw
- be happy about overhauling an damaged HP machine
This problem is solved!
Close it, please!

0x610000d3 .... Most of the times this error is caused by locked worm & worm wheel which makes up & down movement of head & cartridges. It occurs generally when head position is upwards. The voltage & torque supplied to this motor (Left upper Back side corner ) is not sufficient to move head at that particular moment. The error occurs when u cross 2 or 2.5 lackh copies. It is possible that the motor may rarely faulty or check the worm on the motor is worn out...in both cases change the motor.... But first u release this locked position & this machine error will definately eliminate. For this u need to remove back cover... Looking from the back side towards the printer ..at the right upper corner u will see this motor with black worm fixed on motor shaft which drives a white worm wheel. Never remove the transperent circular encoder from that shaft. First remove the 3 gear train white embded in a plastic shell by removing 3 screws..then remove 4 connections of the motor PCB. Then remove other 2 screws of motor bracket fixed to the body ... now by one hand hold the gear next to wormwheel firmly & try to loose the motor ( need not to remove just disengage from worm wheel ) which will release the head which may fall down & damage by its own weight . since u hold firmly the white gear slowely release the gear so that the head will slide down an inch or 2-3 cm. At this middle position of head.. engage the motor to its original position & fit one screw immidiately. Then reassemble all connections and screws of motor & white gear train. Then apply a high quality grease to the white worm wheel ( This is very essential ). Then start the machine....Do not close back cover .. if still there is no movement... U need to reset the machine..... for this at the bottom left side near the blinking led u see two switches. select the left side switch ... while the led blinking... press & hold the left switch ..... until the led will go off.... Then restart the machine ....Hope U Won this Game !!!! & Dont forget to comment.. if U feel this useful.. Best of Luck...!!!
