Having the same issue. I have unplugged the printer for 72 hours, plugged it back in, only to have it randomly start the same error code. I have upgraded the firmware, which the wizard says it doesn't need upgrading, 3 times to no avail. I have upgraded all pertinent software and firmware updates shown on your software. How do I get this resolved on my Pro 9015? If you tell me to turn it off and on again or to update the drivers or firmware I will trash the printer and get another brand.
