Envy Photo 7858
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Have an Envy Photo 7858 all-in-one. After 10 minutes of being powered on (and normal operation), displays a blue screen with what appears to be the Power button symbol and the error code B3D89BEB. Power button, home symbol, help symbol, wireless light are all flashing. Only option is to power off and power back on. Detached and re-attached power cable/plug.

@LDBCorp

Are you able to bypass the error to access the home screen of the printer?

If yes, we can perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Let me know how it goes.

I tried to update the firmware, but the HP site tells me it is up to date.  Removing the surge protector seemed to help (at least for the moment).  If the issue reoccurs, I will post again.
