I have a blue screen with an error code
B835F1C2 on my HP Office Jet Pro 8025. This is a brand new printer (it’s a replacement for my last printer which was under warranty and had issues printing). I can’t figure out how to clear this message and get my printer working.

I have the same exact problem with a blue screen that says B835F1C2 on my HP officejet Pro 8025. Could you send me info also please to resolve this [Personal Information Removed]
