HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

I have a blue screen with an error code 

B835F1C2 on my HP Office Jet Pro 8025. This is a brand new printer (it’s a replacement for my last printer which was under warranty and had issues printing).  I can’t figure out how to clear this message and get my printer working.

We just got an HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 yesterday. Everything seemed fine yesterday, but issues today finally resulting in the code and blue screen.
