I have a blue screen with the Error code B852EACA.  If I unplug everything and reset, sometimes it clears for awhile and sometimes it doesn't. If it clears the error it will print but then resend the error.  I cant find what this code means anywhere and virtual assistant or the help desk isn't any help.  I have tried using both wireless and direct connection but get the error either way.  I have also tried removing the cartridges and re installing them to no avail..

Any ideas?
