HP ENVY Photo 7120 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

My HP envy photo 7120 displays a blue screen with code C4EB8024

all the other buttons and the power button are flashing

I tried all the actions found in the forum for this error

unplug the power cord

leave the printer all the night

press the power button during 30 sec

plug the power cord directly in the wall plug (no surge protection)

the printer restart  the display shows the progression the 7 dots were highlighted

the scanner moves a few centimeters

than the display shows the code C4EB8024

and a few seconds later all the other buttons and the power button start  flashing

I try this after

- removing the cartridges

but always got the same error message

I downloaded the upgrade file for the printer but the utility cannot detect a printer (nor in WIFI nor with the Wi-Fi router shutdown and the printer connected through USB cable)

I cannot force an update through the menu of the printer as none of the virtual buttons are flashing

Is there another way to force a true factory reset using a sequence of keys during the startup?

Thanks for helping
