printer is not working syas scanner damaged! Tried to follow printer screen to solve the issue but still not working and after unplugging the cable and plug it again error code C8190210 appears ,I bought the printer 2 years ago and barely use it.
Any can help?

- Clean the scanner glass using a soft, lint-free cloth. A mild glass cleaner can be used but ensure it does not leave residue.
Reset:
- Perform a hard reset by pressing the power button to turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord and wait for 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
