I have two problems.

First, I have the error code F0.01.01.02.  I cannot get back to the main menu to do a factory reset, and I have already unplugged it and waited for 5 minutes to restart.  This is FW version 6.22.4.28-202412022202 for HP Envy6555e.

Second, I have repeatedly tried to get assistance and look up the warranty and when I enter the serial number, it says it is invalid (and yes, I checked to make sure I am entering “0” vs. “O” correctly.  As I result, I can’t even add the product to my profile for this discussion thread.

This is a brand new printer and I would greatly appreciate the help.
