Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 All-in-One Printer

I have a blue screen with error code C4EB9647.  

Have turned it off via on off button

Have removed power cord 

Have opened/closed printer cartridge cover.

When it powers back on the blue screen returns..

Update,  I have turned it off via the on/off button again and it restarts straight away and seems ok but then blue screen appears and a different code  0005FBB6
