One of two things will generate this error 99% of the time.

1. The paper size that your document is trying to print in does not match what is loaded in the printer or the paper type is not the same. For example, if your document happens to be a PDF that was originally created in A4 format and you have "print based on PDF size" selected in print options and your printer has letter sized paper loaded in Tray 2 the printer is going to ask you to load A4 in tray 1. Same is true if the document is trying to print on bond paper and you have plain paper loaded.

2. The paper settings on the printer are not correct. Meaning you have plain letter paper loaded but your paper settings on the printer itself are any size-any type or some other combination that does not match the driver settings on your computer.
