We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer.
- Turn on the printer and check if the error persists.
Reinstall the Firmware:
- Visit the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page.
- Enter your printer model and download the latest firmware.
- Follow the instructions to install the firmware on your printer.
Check for Obstructions:
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions that might be causing the error.
- Carefully remove any obstructions and ensure the print carriage can move freely.
