HP OfficeJet 4652 All-in-One Printer

While printing documents, my printer stopped printing, displayed an error code (0XB83811B0), and all the lights started flashing. I tried restarting, turning it off and back on, restoring factory settings, and it worked after the first time the error code came up a few days ago, but this happened again tonight and none of those solutions are working. I cannot find anything online on what I should do, though this error code was brought up recently and the resolution was sent over a private chat with that individual. Any help would be appreciated.

I see that there is an issue with your printer and may have to perform a Semi-Full Reset to fix the issue.
