HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

My printer goes into blue screen and displays a power button icon with the b82f672c error code.  If I restart it by holding down power button for 10 seconds or so, it comes back to normal operation.  After some period of time, I don't know how long, it always goes back to the blue screen error code.  Any help?

Thanks @Irwin6 for the response.  Tried your powerdrain and firmware update suggestions.  Power drained and restarted, firmware up to date, no change, still same error code, same blue screen on printer.  Any additional suggestions to fix this?  Same problem through old Windows 10 computer and new Windows 11 computer.
