Product: officejet 4630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Turned on printer and got above error code.   I followed instructions to unplug everything and restart computer ... but got to the point where it says remove print cartridges ... and it seems that the carrier is jammed.  They are stuck on the right side.  

 

(printer worked fine yesterday!)

 

I tried reinsstalling printer but computer doesn't "find it."

None of these solutions works with hp 4500 envy - only solution as of 12/06/18 is to buy another brand of printer ! HP is rubbish
