Try these steps:
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer using the power button.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and turn it on.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes errors can be fixed with the latest firmware updates from HP.
Reset the Printer:
- You can perform a factory reset. Go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore Factory Defaults.
Contact HP Support:
- If the issue persists after restarting and updating the firmware, contact HP Support for further assistance.
Check Connections:
- Ensure all cables are connected properly and none of them are loose.
