Hi
A new printer we use, intermittently jams, there is no rhyme or reason, I have done all the usual fault finding for paper jams, changed paper but it still happens. I have looked at the reports event log and 3 codes keep popping up: 25.14.11 Error, 71.00.20 warning and 25.13.11 Error. There is no description in the report and I can not find anything online that even resembles these codes. can anyone enlighten me?

I understand you are getting multiple error codes on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
