Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

F 4185  printer. all lights in control panel flashing (including three red lights).  letter E seen in control panel. No paper is stuck. the cartridge channel is not moving when the door is opened.  any solution?

I suggest you perform troubleshooting steps from this document HP Deskjet F4100 All-in-One Printers - Blinking Lights under the section All the lights blink.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
