Jam error will not clear.  Error:  13.00.FF Jam in Tray 2.  These are the steps that I have tried so far:

1.  Pulled out tray 2.  Opened upper door.  Removed toner.  Cleared jammed paper.  Put toner back in.  Closed upper door.  Replaced tray 2.

2.  With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Remove USB cable, if present.

Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.

Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.

Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

Does printer boot up to this jam error?  Or does it occur when you intiate a print job?  Does manual tray feed ok?  Make sure that cassette tray movemnt is not impaired.  Check the paper level indicator arm on left side of tray.  Make sure it is not preventing the tray from lifting.

Not familiar with the 13.00.FF error code.  When you cleared the jam, where did the leading edge of the paper stop?
