I have had my printer hooked up wirelessly for a number of years. Every now and then I get the error message 0x6101 bed and cannot print until it is resolved. I have resolved this before with HP support but can't remember the steps. I have unplugged wall and printer plugs, turned off and turned on the printer, and the wifi is hooked up. Where do I go from here?

I understand that you are getting an 0x6101bed error, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
