Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

 

  • Check the Cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges are installed correctly and are not empty or damaged. Remove and reseat them if necessary.
  • Inspect the Printhead: If your printer has a removable printhead, take it out and check for any clogs or debris. Clean it gently with a lint-free cloth and a bit of distilled water.
  • Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the wall for about 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can do this through the HP Smart app or the HP support website. Update the firmware on an HP printer
