Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer error is Missing or Failed Printhead. I followed the all HP steps to "clean" the printhead, replaced all the ink cartridges with new ones. Still getting the error message. Did not get a response if I need to have the printer repaired/replaced from the HP virtual assistant. If I need to repair, then I need to know where/how the repair service can be done. The printer is 7 years old and this is the first problem I have had. It is not used on a daily basis, utilized for personal use only. Any suggestions on the next step?
